The pentagon papers that you obviously haven’t read refer to the war in the Donbas region. Dunno if you’re aware but the war is being fought on many fronts.
Zaporizha, Kherson, Kursk, Sumy, The Black Sea, The Sea of Azov. Too name but a few. The papers have been shown to be a snapshot in time relating to one specific area and ARE NOT considered to be relevant to the wider war.
