Sorry, I was being rhetorical rather than asking specifically for a response. I was trying to allude to the point that these will not be experienced troops.They are part of NK's 'special forces' although the number of special forces is thought to be around 200,000 so how special they are is anyone's guess. They don't have anything like the equivalent NATO or similar SO equipment and its unclear what experience in battle they would have.
Most likely they are NK's soldiers most loyal to the regime and therefore not going to defect at the first opportunity. They'll be slung into the meat grinder you would guess. The fact they most probably can't speak Russian will also be a limiting factor to their use.
They may be loyal and professionals, but combat experience is the biggest catalyst for soldiers alongside high quality training.
