Drones attacked two oil refineries just 40-50 miles (65-80 km) east of Russia's biggest oil export terminals on Wednesday, sparking a fire at one and causing no damage to the other, according to Russian officials.

His problem is that Eastern European states rely on NATO, USA, U.K., Canada and they also know they can be relied upon. France is not particularly well regarded tbh. They do little, provide little, yet spent an age preening in front of Putin. It’s only lately that the new Napoleon is talking tough. I certainly would not put my trust in France at the moment….

I believe it was just the casing, it was shot down. Looks fairly intact to me but it must have wiped out the actual real explosive elements.
