Seems weird to me, Zelensky freely walk through Kherson, right in the range of Russian artillery and missiles from other bank, and Russians won't do anything?

Killing the opposing civilian commander-in-chief is a really bad idea, unless you've already won decisively. Most wars get settled at a conference table. If you bump their top civilian off, it becomes very hard to get the next one to sit down across from you.

Anybody in uniform, all the way up to the top general/admiral, is fair game if they're in or near a combat zone. Assassinating them in places like the opposing capital is frowned upon, because that opens the door to retaliation in kind.

Nah mate, I don't drink vodka, never served in the military either unlike I believe you have, so if you are so invested in this, why not go join the international legion in Ukraine, same goes for all the absolute blowhards on here.

In all seriousness, how is it going down in Russia that the military managed to seize just one major city in all this time (which it’s now lost) despite predictions of toppling Kyiv in 3 days?

Dunno mate, just on a glance, 20% of the country is under Russian control, one of the countries is suffering about 8-10 times the amount of military casualties, strangely enough it's not the trampy soldiers in the short end.

Russia ain't going into recession either, how's the EU and US doing?
