I disagree on the relevance. But anyway that point doesn’t only apply to Dibling. There have been multiple players in that bracket over yheyearsDoesn't really have that much relevance because he's already had a full season starting in the Prem. Just think it's a case of wrong player in the wrong team. Hope the lad can get himself sorted here or finds another team where he can progress his career. Young enough to turn it around.
Realistically there's 2 now - Aznou is also firmly benched (or out of the match day squad altogether) too. We still don't know what will happen with George either, but he's "experienced" so anything he does - he'll play.I disagree on the relevance. But anyway that point doesn’t only apply to Dibling. The point doesn't just apply to the Manager though, it's the whole infrastructure you have to change for that approach.I disagree on the relevance. But anyway that point doesn’t only apply to Dibling. There have been multiple players in that bracket over yheyears
There is but the manager also has to be receptive of it. At the moment we could make all the changes to make the infrastructure more youth-oriented and it won't matter one bit.The point doesn't just apply to the Manager though, it's the whole infrastructure you have to change for that approach.
People that think a shiny new manager coming in suddenly changes all that are wrong, there is so much more that has to be done..
To be fair I think we kind of are in the middle of changing the whole infrastructure.The point doesn't just apply to the Manager though, it's the whole infrastructure you have to change for that approach.

Dibling’s profile, versatility and age have seen him emerge as a serious option for Tottenham, who are set to reignite their interest at the end of the season.
Champions Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig have also scouted the teenager regularly this season.
Thats the point though, you have to build for it..There is but the manager also has to be receptive of it. At the moment we could make all the changes to make the infrastructure more youth-oriented and it won't matter one bit.
I dont doubt we are, that's why i keep barking on about the transfers not being as one sided as everyone thinks.To be fair I think we kind of are in the middle of changing the whole infrastructure.
People may be quite wrong as we only have very limited info, but it does seem from the outside that the manager is a slightly odd-fitting piece in what the new structure and approach looks like it wants to be
Less than a year ago the kid was once putting in performances in the Premier League which generated coverage like this;
I'm sure Moyes/Everton didn't buy him on a whim - he needs managing, support and time.
Yeah I agree on the overall, just saying it's a joint process kind of thing, not just one side changes while the other remains the same.Thats the point though, you have to build for it..
If you really want to go full on with that route, you have to start building from the inside before anything else.
A lot more work than just a managers name tag.
And part of the problem is that we always seem to be “ in the middle of changing the whole infrastructure “ . Brands was doing it until Moshiri sided with FSW and sacked him, then it was Thelwell who changed the structure and brought in some potentially very good appointments, after he was sacked the direction and personnel charged with implementation changed again . At one time Brands/Thelwell had their own threads and were regularly pilloried or praised depending on your view, Angus Kinnear seems to have a free ride, few can name any others involved, so that leaves Moyes as the only one in the firing line .To be fair I think we kind of are in the middle of changing the whole infrastructure.
