If I was advising Dibbling I would be saying work extremely hard in training because your chance for game time is coming. The rest is down to him if he can't get ahead of McNeil he probably won't ever be ready.
We have seen that Thierno Barry was only brought into the team because it was necessary. Ideally I think the manager would left him on the bench longer. Barry did struggle at first but does seem to be settling into the role now.
Dibling is only 19, he will be given as much time as it takes to settle and adjust as he needs, Anzou is similar. They are looked at as investments for the future more than the present.
This is something that people have been looking for years to happen and when it does they still complain.

Agree but for me was more wanting to see what moyes would do with ndiaye gone for the acon. If it is dibbling who plays rm would have thought he would have got more minutes
Personally i think all we as fans should be concerned about is seeing the team perform on the pitch and us picking up points,which at this moment in time we're doing.
Am sure Tyler has got reassurances going forward,but for this moment in time he's going to have to be patient.
We almost certainly see him gets minute when Ndiaye is at the Afcon
Yeah think we do just havent really seen a plan for when he is gone at the acon. Was worried last game he was going put mcneil on the right again forest. Is why would have liked him to get more minutes.
