That trailer is an improvement on the first one which made it look really hammy. Still not sold on it though, dunno if its the casting but something about it seems off based on the trailers... i haven't read the books or played the game btw so my entire judgement comes from the trailers.

Warrior season one.
Wow, this is officially my new favourite thing on tv. Just brillaint. Based on the writings of Bruce Lee and set in late 19th century San Francisco it follows Ah Sahm, a Chinese immigrant who arrives in America and is thrown into the Tong gang war.
I can't recommend this highly enough. The action scenes where out of this world, every character is very well done, has a really interesting backstory and get excellent character development, the story is really compelling and fun, oh and did I mention that the action scenes where out of this world?!
It's easily the best tv show I've seen in years. So much fun to watch, I binge watched all ten episodes and then watched them all again because it's that good. I'm just gutted that I now have to wait the horrible long wait for season two!
10/10, utterly brilliant!

that just shows opinions are like arse holes. We all have one. I thought it was terrible. Which I was surp by as I usually enjoy the Cinemax tv series I’ve watched in the past ( braquo, banshee)

Honestly mate . No idea but i just couldn’t get into it. The Chinese birds kept my interest until about the 6th episode then that’s all I could take.
What’s Black Sails like? Been holding off on it for ages but found it’s on my Prime.
