It was just the callous indifference to what they’d done that really shocked me.

Apart from one lad, the rest didn’t seem the slightest bit bothered by the fact they’d butchered a young lad over a “ look “.

This was in Luton, not the bad parts of London too.

The ringleader was offering the armed police out, despite half a dozen guns being pointed at him !

Somehow there needs to be a way to get to these lads when they’re kids to stop them turning into monsters.

Their prison sentences will be like badges of honour and the fact they were onthe TV won't help either.

Erm, not sure whats happend to this thread but watching American Gods at the moment. Not going to lie struggling with it a bit

It’s a funny one. Some scenes are extremely impressive and ambitious and others don’t seem to work. Lead character looks wooden next to lovejoy also. I don’t mind it as I’m quite interested in how it’s going to play out.

I live in a place where the kids actually have respect for each other and their elders.You can leave your door open and your house is safe.It's like being back in the 80's.Which is fine with me.OK ...I lost an Owl to thugs,but on the whole it is a decent place.

It's a great book. I like the fact the series is a bit weird in its chronology and requires a bit of effort to follow. Haven't started the second series yet.

I’m never a fan of these ‘real life’ murder docs. Something uncomfortable about using the actual loss of lives as a form of entertainment. Understand not everyone perceives it this way.

Currently rewatching all the Line of Duty’s seeing as the Beeb have stuck them all on iPlayer.

Upto series 3, they are a cracking watch like, new one starts Sunday but I’m waiting so I can binge them, only way to watch stuff like this.
