TV Series

First season is brilliant though (just my opinion ofc). The follow-up seasons are decent entertainment as well. William Fichtner is amazing in the later seasons, still hoping that he'll show up in the new one.
Stopped when they got to Panama. Third season I think? It had lost what made it great in the first season.

One of my favourite characters from Prison Break was T-Bag, a right little sneak if ever there was one.
The guy who played him (Robert Knepper) seems to have carved a living out of appearing in a good number of American TV shows, Ray Donovan being one of them.
Going back to Prison Break, something that stretched credibility even in the first series, had certainly lost it by the end of the second. Stopped watching it after that.

Just started on season 5 of 'Prison Break with Michael Schofield'.

I think season 1 is one of the best series of TV ever. It was clever, tense and had an ensemble cast. T-Bag was genuinely creepy and John Abruzzi was a great character.
Season 2 was good because it kept most of the group together, and it made sense to see the aftermath of the breakout. It did get a bit repetitive though.
Season 3 started off well and added a fresh dynamic, but suffered from the infamous Writers strike in the US.
Season 4 completely lost it and became a parody of itself. I was never a fan of the 'Company' subplot and this majored in season 4.

I'll give season 5 a go out of curiosity, though I don't expect it to get anywhere near the level of season 1 - not a chance.

The best drama ever on telly is - True Detective Season one, nothing else comes close to it.

If you haven't watched it, watch it and report back x

I have watched it, and it is excellent (not the best though, especially with the ending). It's up there amongst the best with Prison Break season 1, Breaking Bad season 4 and the final series of the Sopranos.

Erm, we know that already.

it's part of the get-out package he has lined up, at the end of BB. He talks about working in a Cinnabon

It's not defo a flashback is it?

The latest one felt more like a lying low-flash forward.

The whole show teases how he became Saul.

Absolutely agree wholeheartedly.

Loved the grimy, Deep South, rotten feel to it.

That gothic, occult Louisiana culture and haunting steel guitar music is my bag in so many ways. Plus the plot itself was hugely compelling.

Second season was so disappointing for me.
