TV Series

ya for the whole season i was like you thinking wtf is this show all about, but when i got to the end i was like, you know what, that wasn't a bad show.defo not for everybody and know a good few who stopped halfway through but i enjoyed it.second season just started but missed the first 2 episodes so think i will wait until it is finished then watch it straight through.
Hooray for binge-watching! Finished season 1 and I'm MASSIVELY impressed. Gone straight into season 2 and it's good so far.

Thought it'd been cancelled. Took a while to get into as there's a lot going on and lots of characters but quite liked the first season.
Check out the first two episodes of the second season. They were brilliant, the series hasn't even gotten to the climax of the first book yet there is a lot setting the scene/worldbuilding going on. We finally get a closer look at Martian culture as well.

I'm only 2 eps in, it's wonderfully directed but I don't always know what's going on. His strange Welsh Papa Lazarou Jack Sparrow accent is entrancing though.

Stephen Graham one again proving his acting chops with aplomb.
It's practically the same character he played in Peaky Blinders (another great series) and The Revenant.

The plot does become a bit clearer as the series unfolds. It's just a bit slow for me. I can't make my mind up whether his character is good or bad.

Not sure why but I have a bit of a thing going for Oona Chaplain. Probably Rob Starks fault;)

And Stephen Graham?. Boss actor. Poor taste in football.

I know it's been mentioned many times before, but I've just started watching Stranger Things.

Took three episodes to get going, but it's just brilliant.

The child actors in it are as good if not better than than the adults.

John Carpenters influence is all the way through it.

Anybody else watching Taboo. I so much want to love it as I'm a Tom Hardy fan, but it's soooo sloow.
Was hooked on it after the first five minutes.
Starting to pick up pace, and the plot has been established.
What more can you ask for on a Saturday night?
Gary Barlow, Jennifer Hudson, and Tom Hardy, and echoing what some has already said, Oona Chaplin simmers looking as if she would hand your manhood back looking like a piece of chicken skin once she had finished with you.

Season 2 on it's way!!

I remember watching it,very intense plot but for the life of me I cant remember what it was called
Just IMDB'd it. It was part of a series of plays under the title "accused". this one was called "Tracie's story" and was actually written by Jimmy McGovern. Brilliantly acted by Graham. Sean Bean was, well Sean Bean, except he wore a skirt. Compulsive viewing.

Season 2 on it's way!!

Saw this yesterday and I need it now:
