Homeland series 6 starts Sunday here in UK. Just read a few snippets of the upcoming series plot and I reckon it has confirmed my thoughts for a long while.
Compelling viewing to begin with but has gone like Prison Break and should have quit whilst ahead.

Was excited for a moment then, but after watching that trailer it turned to disappointment, it looks almost cartoonish and lacked any sense of being a gritty War series like band of Brothers or even Pacific. I'll prob give it a go but I'm not expecting much after watching that.

Just started watching Vikings. About 7 episodes into it.

I like it. It didn't grip me at first but i have really got into it now, watching like 4 of them in a row probably helped with that as well.

Yeah mate. Been watching like 4 at a time, into series 2 now and really enjoy watching it.

Love how the characters aren't too detailed, like it gives you them and doesn't give you some complex build of them. Just leaves you free to watch it and enjoy it.

Very rare for a series to maintain quality after it's primary plotline concludes. You wouldn't think it would be so difficult but it clearly is!
