TV Series

I'm guessing the likes me yes then. (It would be my equivalent of the 'fit birds' thread)

There's too many series I want to watch but I've come to realise I can't invest my feelings into more than two series at once, I can't handle it.

Yes, I've found that too strangely. Now Walking Dead has finished there's room for something to move alongside Game of Thrones.

Just watched the whole series [of The West Wing] 1-7 over a few months. A fantastic drama. Great writing, dense, witty, engaging. I was surprised at how the issues dealt with still resonate and some that have their origins back in the late 90s, early 2000s. You would think modern political parties use it as some sort of template - without the integrity or values of the Barlett administration.

Before that I'd watched Moonlighting, some really good bits, but also some dips. David Addison, you'd want him to be your best mate.

Eastbound & Down is one of the most underrated shows going.

Absolutely quality comedy.
Totally agree, Season 4 is my particular favourite, its pure vintage stuff and the last 10 minutes of the finale has got to go down as one of the most epic random endings ever

Episode 1 was alright.

I take it it's in Danish with subtitles? I'm just about to start season 2 of the American version, it's pretty decent but not nearly as intense as The Fall which is well worth a watch, the first series is only 5 episodes, the second series is being filmed at the mo. Gillian Anderson plays a detective tracking a serial killer attacking women in Northern Ireland, it's pretty messed up.

Yeah, which I don't really mind. Saw the trailer for the American one, and didn't fancy it, and heard that the danish one was meant to be better.

Forgot about The Fall, might give it a go.

Yer I've heard the Danish one is better as well, I went for the US version as I started watching it late at night and wasn't up to reading the subs. The Fall is good and you can get it watched in two nights.
