I think no one came in for him this window that he wanted so he may as well sign a new deal on a bit extra money with a release clause just in case.

The only rumours for Mirallas were Fenerbahce and West Ham. Hardly the teams he would want.

Monaco as well for a bit.

The express now saying it's a loan move for Shaqiri. That can't be true. Inter need the money.

They've spelt that defenders name wrong so I don't believe them.

They must feel he has a greater chance of getting in the team than Deulofeu had.

Deulofeu got quite a bit of game time considering he was a young player in a new league, was just hugely hampered by the fact his hamstring went just as he'd got used to the pace and it seemed to take him a while to get over it both mentally/physically.

I would love this if he wasn't our 'number 10'. If we sign him on top of the playmaker then we are laughing. I expect Shaqiri to go to deadline day, Inter will get more and more desperate to offload. Could be interesting.

On the flanks we have Deulofeu, Mirallas and then Pienaar and McGeady.

Clearly we need one more winger as McGeady should be punted and Pienaar wont play much and is off next year. Decent wingers cost at least £10mil so you never know.

The express saying he's off to Celta Vigo in a deal with Nolito going the other way. Even if we had of agreed to a loan Barca would have chosen that option anyway.

What i meant was that Barca see Halilovic breaking into their own team in the future. Thsts why they dont want a sale even with a release clause i imagine as want to keep him as part of their club.
