Can deals be done tomorrow as its a UK bank holiday but isn't in the rest of Europe?

Most windows will close tomorrow, its only 6pm on Tuesday in the UK cos of the Bank holiday.

Wouldn't be against lennon..mirallas and delefeou both usually have periods of injuries during the season. Would much rather lennon as a wide man option than mcgreedy
