I know yarmelenko is a very good player and looks worth a £15m fee. However entering into the last year of his contract and telling his club he wants to leave I'd imagine the fee to be lower tbh certainly not any higher anyway.

I've heard the same. However, don't forget the situation with Liverpool and Konoplyanka, everything was signed and agreed, when all they had to do was get the lad on the plane, and the Kiev Chairman to sign his one bit of paper. He never signed it.
