Just scrolled through there tweets.
No other ITK knowledge on there just reports and rumour mills
My guess is they put these up a lot "heard so and so is signing so and so" lots of people go on the page and they get followers.
Couple of days later they delete the tweet so they don't get seen as being blag

I agree mate, it's always difficult getting new signings over the line, so many different factors to take into account.
Wouldn't surprise me if the targets are complete unknowns to us, but ones we've been scouting for months.
Personally don't think Shaqiri was ever in Martinez' plans, doesn't seem to be the "right sort".
