Also I don't see how anybody thinks that because we haven't splashed our budget on new players in January that it means we have 'written off top 4' (Saw somebody say this in the locked thread).
January isn't a good time to get the players you want, and Martinez has only had half a season to learn about his squad ffs. Our sicknotes will return and be a massive boost, along with our 2 new players.

Just wonder if this makes sense: there's two threads in this forum...one obviously being used for info on our deadline day signings (as if), and this one which seems a bit lacking in definition. Maybe this thread could be the one to go into to let off steam. Sort of like you go next door to the other thread for info only posts, then you come in here and rant/reason why it isn't happening etc?
