I think he has the same problem as Martinez here. He has a certain brand of football that is good to watch when it works, but he lacks of adaptability. So rightful there are doubts whether he can implement a win no matter how mentality after all.I can't say I really know a great deal about this DeZerbi fella, I can't recall him getting Brighton to really play any different to any other Brighton side, some games very nice football, others a complete disaster, from the blurb on the BBC website he seems a my way or highway type, which I can't see going down too well at Spurs, the few times I have watched them they lack leadership or fight, I haven't seen 50/50 challenges go their way, nor people throwing their body in front of shots, the Forest game it looked like most of them were jogging round until they got a call from an agent
He was the manager that got smashed by us 5:1, but had a pretty good season when he took over from Potter and finished Europe. However, they finished on pair with Dyche the next season we had the deduction and went backwards a lot, as he was found out a bit.
I remember them to have about 1-2 shots on target with 70% possession against us.
