From what I’ve read in the last week or so both Allan and Doucoure have been in pre season training with their previous clubs and if it’s true that Doucoure will be announced tomorrow it’s highly likely all the videos and interviews have been done already and he will be training along with Allan and the rest of the team. In fact they’ll no doubt have extra time this week in terms of working on plans etc than the likes of Gomes, Davies etc who probably won’t be back at finch farm until Thursday. The only one i don’t see starting is Rodriguez

Spurs ain't nothing special so you should stop putting your own team down so much.

It should be a Spurs win or if we get lucky a draw. We've had 2 games (1 of those without a lot of players), waiting on a potentially whole new midfield to come in and train and that in itself is going to wind up the ones that used to hold those positions. So we are going to either have a lot of players who barely have played together or Davies/Sigurdsson/Walcott, which haven't been good enough for ages now.

Spurs should be licking their lips really.

Get Allen and doucoure straight in, even if they are only 20% fit that’s got to be a better option than the likes of siggy and Davies

I can see it now. James comes on at 75' with the score 0-0 to bring the sexy. The midfield of Allan, Sigurdsson and Davies haven't been able to create anything. Off comes Sigurdsson for James...

James leads Everton to 0-0 draw because Davies is that terrible.
