This game is mainly about getting as many of the new signings on the pitch for as long as possible, so they can be as settled as possible for the West Brom game onwards.

Parents from Dublin. My mums side now they were Doyle/McKenna. Cant remember which ones ran the lighthouse but my mum used to go there for holidays every summer. She was from a street backing on to the Greyhound Stadium somewhere near Croke Park. My da was from Mountjoy Square.

Mad aint it - they have Kane, Son etc and need a striker whilst our fans are slapping each others backs claiming our strike force is good enough for Europe.

Travelling to two away games across Europe is the reason they need a squad striker because they play something like 8 games in 27 days and thats not enough time for players to recover for the next game.
Instead of it being the first game, it would have been easier for Everton if it was played in two or three weeks time.
