Tosun talks Blues struggles

What I don't get is players who CAN "hit the ground running" is losing games over and over again, so players who can't has the possibility of losing matches much harder in Sam's mentality, right? like 8-1, 9-2?

Add Deulofeu and Lookman to this pattern....basically any player who isn't a workhorse (read, puts defence first) is not "up to it". But then to contradict we play someone like Bolasie who tries to beat the entire team twice before passing the ball. It's just baffling at the moment - I think these players are getting a hard time but I have no idea why it's happening
Sadly that is what makes it so bad, no-one has an idea about it so we are just left to blindly believe what we are told or be a little peeved off about it.

What is this witchcraft @GrandOldTeam? A constant reminder of how tragic our transfer business has been, have we not suffered enough?

how can there be doubts about a £27m player?!?! I know the prices are crazy right now but a top price player really should hit the ground running.

I think the first thing we should ask any future transfer prospects is "are you prone to homesickness?", and if the answer is "yes", steer clear. I recall when (rumoured) overtures were being made to the Genk Goalkeeper it was mentioned that he was prone to bouts of homesickness (for Croatia, I think), so we didn't pursue the interest.

He dodged a bullet there

Isn't it funny how Klassen / Sandro / Tosun are all not up to it? none of them are ready for the league? Not good enough?

There is a pattern there!

Sorry but it is full of bull. no manager this season has wanted to take a gamble at any point despite the results being so bad. Who knows whether Klassen and sandro could have been first on the team sheet by now if they were given a fair crack? But some fans know differently because of what the club tell them about the players. The klassen with his like 4 appearances this season is 'not good enough', we probably got beat in all those games and the one game we didn't, he helped create the goal that won the game!

Tosun is exactly the same. No chance to make an impact and hauled off the pitch before he can create some himself. Told he isn't up to it whilst he watches who we do play get hammered 5-1 by arsenal. It is a joke and i am probably like a broken record here on the matter but it just amazes me that not only the way these players are treated but how many blues buy the official story on it!

or Niasse, who actually does make an impact and is then hauled off the pitch before he can create some more

Interesting stat

Tosun has made 3 appearances for us so far.

Tottenham 4- 0 Everton (battered)

Everton 1-1 west Brom (outplayed by west Brom and didn't deserve a point to be fair)

Arsenal 5-1 everton. (Battered again)

So tell me, at what point has tosun proved he isn't good enough for the premier league? But everyone else in those games proved they were?

The same manager who determine Schneiderlin and Martina is good enough to start week in week out.

And the same manager who says Lookman is not good enough.

That’s all the proof I need to be honest.

We can’t even use the Lookman is homesick excuse anymore.

This what I'm saying dude. Sam is one of the last people I would acknowledge on the ability of our squad. He don't know nothin I tell ya
