I don't think it's really fair to include Toy Story in this as it's only his voice. Incredibly unfair to put that in the list ahead of so very many exquisite films he's acted in over the decades.

Hmm well personally not a massive fan of Hanks as an actor, I've scrawled through his list and I enjoyed these ones but more so for the film not his character/acting: The Green Mile & Catch Me If You Can. I've never seen Apollo 13 or Forrest Gump.
Nah, most of Will Smith's movies suck, people seem to like I Am Legend and iRobot but they're rubbish.
Too many on-screen deaths to recount but I did a big cheer when Joffrey died in GoT.
