Beni was stripped ready to come on then they scored, Sam told him to sit down and bought Davies on in his place, not sure that worked TBH

Looks like a little bit this season. I guess last year was a fluke. Maybe he can progress, but at the moment him and DCL look least likely to push on imo.

I think tom is feeling the pressures of the manager merry go round at everton. his form has dipped, as he has probably had to change his playing style 3 or 4 times in the last 18 months under different tutelage ..

I'm sure he will come good again after the squad get used to sams playing style.

Over rated but then again he is young. I can’t help but think we have better options in midfield. I’d even try Klaassen over Davies.

To be fair, he played a load of youngsters in the Cup and they were awful

I'd be inclined to leave him out for a few weeks. Give him a full break from the first team. It hasn't happened at all for him this season for whatever reason but he has plenty of time.
