Looks like a little bit this season. I guess last year was a fluke. Maybe he can progress, but at the moment him and DCL look least likely to push on imo.

I think tom is feeling the pressures of the manager merry go round at everton. his form has dipped, as he has probably had to change his playing style 3 or 4 times in the last 18 months under different tutelage ..

To be fair, he played a load of youngsters in the Cup and they were awful
I'd be inclined to leave him out for a few weeks. Give him a full break from the first team. It hasn't happened at all for him this season for whatever reason but he has plenty of time.
