You see this poster every where in Australia. There is also one with just Davies.

Two Everton players and zero RS, you've got to love that ratio.

I thought he had his best game of the season. He was much more disciplined and his energy and running forward created Leicester problems. It was noticable too that a couple of times he swapped positions with Rooney. When we needed better shape and more control in midfield, Rooney dropped in next to Gana and Davies pushed forward. It also meant that when Coleman and Walcott got forward we had a midfielder close to them. If that was Sam's tactical call, then fair play because it was different to anything we have done this season

He only coaches hoof so not possible.;)

Stick with him. People pining for Klassen to play forget that even though Davies may not be technically better, he's more robust, which is why he plays over him.

He's just out of form. I'm sure a steady set of games will get him back. He's also has 3 managers in 1 season and no real run

Indeed and at only 19.
And he brings balance much needed balance to a midfield that has Rooney and Gilfy playing in.

Most of the time he does have good all round awareness but he does have the tendency to hang onto the ball to long and get dispossessed when there is an easy pass in for him. Probably not helped by our overall players lack of movement for most of this season but all the same it is infuriating when he does it.

It’s not necessarily a bad thing for us to have a midfielder that’s willing to carry the ball a bit though. Better than the rest of them treating it like a hot potato.

I didn't realise he was switching back with Rooney, I just assumed Davies was playing no.10, relatively effectively too since he has more mobility than both Rooney and Sigurdsson.

Rooney is a much more effective player from deep, was that the first time since the West Ham win that he's played there? but yeah good call, now Sam must stick with it and not just change it back next game.

Davies did seem to fade again at around 60 minutes though, surely our data sciency guys can analyse and fix this? is he a smoker or something? lol
