He's played some great passes today, all to players in red shirts, awful performance from him.
Really ?. Why bother writing something like that, all it proves is that you weren’t watching the game and missed his pass that put Baines through to set up our first real chance in the second half. Davies didn’t have a great game, but it’s hard to take anything you say seriously if you can’t be bothered watching .

No mate.

Can't slate the lad, when he has the ball but only has 1 player ahead of him and the rest stood on the edge of our own box.
Stands for every player. Rarely an option to pass forward. When a new manager with new attacking ideas come in, I think we'll start to see an
Improvement in most players in this team

Wasnt great today but 19 and his second season under his belt will have gained more experience. With an actual manager he will flourish.

That's perfectly fine mate, you're entitled to your opinion, as am I, it's a forum for everyone not just you.

Now, referring to you're comment regarding his pass to Baines, a fine pass, my post was made before that pass was made so less of the accusations that I wasn't watching the game.

That pass as good as it was doesn't alter the fact, and I'm sure many others agree with me, he had a poor game.

Accusing fellow blues of not watching the game because they have a different opinion to you, wind your neck in.

Wasn't great today, granted, he's finding life harder in his second season as is to be expected, what isn't to be expected is carrying rooney and schneiderlin on his 19 year old shoulders in most games, he was literally the only one offering tosun any kind of support on the press in that first half.

Oh give over. Of course we all have different opinions, ask two people on GOT and you’ll get three opinions back, and that’s just what they are opinions that can’t be proved one way of the other. I’m very happy for us to have different opinions on whatever . My comment to you was about a FACT you stated, which as you’ve admitted was wrong as you’d written it early not an OPINION you gave .

You went full radio rental accusing me of not watching the match, because I didn't see a pass that was made AFTER my post, so quite clearly that's you're mistake.

He really hasn't shown a lot of what he did last year with his ability to beat a man. He's still very young so I'm hoping that this crap season where he's struggling along with the rest of the team is something he can learn from and take to improve.

The rest of our options in the middle aren't exactly world beaters themselves so I'm hoping he can kick on and this season is a blip.

When are we going to rest him for the rest of the season because he offers nowt. Sometimes he wins the ball then does what everyone expects from him and give it away again.
A player of great promise sinking fast

It's like a school bully reunion on here today.lol Bet it's the same on the DCL thread, probably worse as he had the audacity to miss a sitter.

And before you all start laying in to me, I have no issue with young players being criticised for playing poorly, they're professional footballers on a lot of money and it therefore goes with the territory.

What I have an issue with are the people completely writing him off at the age of 19. Same with all of our under 21 players. They are a work in progress FFS and among the best players in the country, possibly even Europe, in their age groups. Given the right management any of them could be key players for us for years to come.

I agree both Davies and DCL are getting too much game time at the moment, but that isn't completely their fault FFS. Just give them a 'kin break won't you.
