THIS.... is why we are where we are today.
And some think things are gonna change.

rather we go for a younger hungrier player that has a lot to prove. Davies got the golden spoon treatment enough is enough. He’s below epl standards. If you can name one team in the epl that would take him then maybe he would have a chance. Send him to Greece with MirallasCame off the bench 9 times for Dyche. We only ever seemed to lose 1 first choice midfielder at a time so never needed to start him.
Exactly. How many times did our 5th choice midfielder play this season?Did he even get a game under Dyche? If not, that's a head scratcher.
FEASTlol lol lol no actual way.

The argument here is that our higher potential youth players are probably better served out on loan playing lots of games than playing 2 or 3 minutes off the bench like Davies will be.Can warrington, with better technical ability, play a role as 5th choice?
But mate, I made the same point regarding Coleman and you said it was a silly idea.Seems pretty obvious to me why we'd retain Davies instead of buying in a new CM given our limited budget.

You're spot on. There are 2 realities here.Exactly. How many times did our 5th choice midfielder play this season?

Can we reduce further wages by not keeping an extremely limited players and develop someone with better all round abilities?
Davies makes no sense in our current setup, I don’t think he makes much sense in any premier league setup.

Wonder who has had more injuries recently, Davies or Coleman? He's turning 35 and is prone to injuries and is more likely to be needed than a Davies is. We need a younger, fitter backup RB. Davies is just a cheap body.
