He wouldn't even start for Norwich or any other team in the Prem, really wanted it to work out for him but he's just not good enough unfortunately.

Playing against a championship side he looked like a D2 cplayer.

The worst 45 minutes I've seen in ages.

By comparison he even made Gylfi look good.

This was not even a one-off bad game from Davies, he has been consistently poor and bang average for the last 18 months - 2 years now and he hasn't developed as a player whatsoever. The sooner the board (who adore him) and management staff realise that, the better. Championship standard player and that's being kind.

I agree, I've tried supporting the lad time and again, he does the difficult stuff well but the easy things terribly. Iceland changed it on its head today

Remember when we used to moan about Phil Neville in midfield? Bet he's wetting himself at that showing.

- hid from the ball when the defence needed an out ball. This changed when Gylfi, of all people, came on.
- let players drift past him.
- gave the ball away with nearly 50% of his passes
- remains stuck on 5 goals, 4 assists from over 90 premier league games


It is time to get rid.
