He's not awful, he's basically the current player equivalent of Martinez. Probably a nice lad but woefully out of his depth.

7/10?? I wish. More like 4.5/10
I always thought he was vastly overrated at United and also playing for England. I cringed when RM was rumoured in the press to be after him and of course when he signed him. In spite of that, he did have a run of games when he did a surprisingly good job. However hes reverted to type and isn't good enough for Everton and certainly wont be in the future when the new regime hopefully turns things round for us.
