I don't think it's against the rules to do a poo on the half way line but i'm pretty sure you'd get sent off for it.

Unless he like dropped one on a players foot on purpose ( which would be quite skilfull )

If someone just dropped one in an emergency I refuse to beleive you'd get sent off.

Got to allow penalties to be taken, not corners (although they usually do). Think it's something to do with a penalty being a continuous action until another player touches it or it goes out of play, but the ball being in play once a corner is taken.
