It happened to me once in Sierra Leone I went ova to take a Conner and the ballboy held on to the ball n I pushed him. It's emotions ppl

I don't know what's more embarrassing; him admitting to that or his spelling

Really not the same thing. The ball boy's job is to get the ball to the player as quickly as he can. A goalkeeper has a time limit lasting 6 (roughly) seconds when the ball is in his hands to kick the ball or put it down. He's allowed to hold the ball. The kid was being a [Poor language removed] and knew it.
Happens at every ground across the country mate, fact of the matter is you can't just kick out at him.

Glenn Hoddle just said you tell the ball boys to do that at home. Like having towels ready for long throws, its a slight advantage.

We had the ball boys time waste in 04/05 when we hammered out sly 1.0 wins to finish 4th

It's the simulation that gets me though. He was grimacing and pretending to be seriously hurt for a good few minutes after the relatively light shin to the side. That had nothing to do with time-wasting. That's just copy-cat behaviour of your Suarez's etc.

I said before I was taking Hazard out of the equation. I have not once said the kid deserved to be assaulted. I was only talking about him simulating AFTER the kicking. I don't see where I've advocated Hazard's behaviour. I don't care what happens to Hazard tbh, just that the game was ruined because of copy-cat behaviour. I like how if you speak out against the kid, people think you're advocating child beating.

Thought that the point of ball-boys was to get the ball back quicker, looked like Hazard was trying to toe it out from under him. The way it popped out, I'd say that's what happened. It's easy to be outraged because it's a millionaire vs a kid but if it was down the local park....

Exactly! I thought football was supposed to be the same from grass roots level up?

If this happened on a Sunday morning the kid was get an earful and shouted at to get up behave.

Obviously 'booting' a kid on national TV is bad form, but sometimes you must be the anvil or the hammer.

Something gay about this...

This is pretty grim though. And calling himself 'King of the Ball boys'? Cringeworthy bell.

Oh the kid milked it. But hey, players On 100k a week have done worse for smaller things than that
