Yeah...but has been proven several times, unless you have a camera over the top of the ball, you cannot be sure it is out or in. The angle we saw proves nothing.

Yep there was that Japan goal in the World Cup that looked like it must have been out by was clearly in when you see the overhead. Don’t see how you could overrule there
