No mate. I know international trophies are a bit foreign to you.Nice mate, was it some kind of World Series in which only America played?

I guess you had to face the Worlds Elite in it right?

I think they are all banker’s except for spurs awayAlmost every game there is tough - except the last one.
Yes it is true.Congratulations @Delargeinho
Is it true that the Gabarra boat celebration parade is being delayed until later in the week due to the tides? Great tradition this. Maybe Everton could do something similar if we ever win another trophy (cue Championship/League One jokes)?

Question: how many years have to pass without United winning a title, before they're stopped being compared in the media to what they once were under Fergie? 20 years?
Titles schmitles. It's about viewers and subscribers and customers and consumers now. Football is about advertising and gambling and clicks. And yet here we all are, still obsessing because we are the peak of brand loyalty.Question: how many years have to pass without United winning a title, before they're stopped being compared in the media to what they once were under Fergie? 20 years?

We could have all that if we had Taylor Swift as a number 9
I think that's the way supporters behave and believe, and I'm sure there's an element of that amongst our support too, great sides in living memory.I just find it interesting when watching Sky Sports, the Overlap shows etc. and when United are discussed the likes of Neville and Keane always compare current United to their United. Standards have slipped, wouldn't have happened back then, United "should be winning titles" etc.
Many, many great teams from the 80's won titles and no one talks about them with the same expectations anymore. I just wonder if they went say 20-25 years no title do people like that still say "we should be winning titles, we did it in the noughties".
Well it was 30 years with the rs, so I imagine it will be similarQuestion: how many years have to pass without United winning a title, before they're stopped being compared in the media to what they once were under Fergie? 20 years?
