I mean... spitting at someone deliberately is definitely an offense. Wouldn't be surprised if it's considered assault tbh.

Absolutely think you should lose your job for it, no matter what job

I'm an employer. I can be absolutely sure if one of my employees did something like that outside their working environment it would not constitute a sacking. Its not something I want to think about in a working environment, but even if they did it in work, as an employer we would most likely go down the path of helping with anger management and try to understand how we have created an environment where such a thing could happen.

Other than Leicester who have opened up a 4 point gap on us, all them other teams are within one win away now. The league is so hard to predict, but it's obvious that no one outside the top 6 is very good. 8th has to be our minimum aim though, anything lower will be a disgrace.

Wonder whether finishing 8th and having a strong end to the season, with a better points total than the 49 we got last year would be better than us finishing 7th and having those Europa League qualifiers potentially ruining our season. I would never usually say that about Europe but we can't afford to go backwards again.

you're a very understanding employer. But perhaps you're blaming forests for trees.

indeed...what nuance of my response insinuated it was?
Your suggestion that I was somehow more understanding than other companies. My belief is we try to look after our employees, but I don't see us as any different to the majority of employers out there. If I was running my company in victorian England, I would be exceptional. But I'm not, I'm no more or less understanding than most people out there. Which back to the point, is why I or most companies wouldn't sack someone for spitting at someone in the street - the world just doesn't work like that anymore.

I wouldn't necessarily sack an employee for spitting at a co-worker... (and I've owned and run a hospitality company employing near 600). But were an employee to do so, I would not dedicate overlong analysis toward ascertaining what the company was doing wrong. I consider that tail- wagging-dog navel gazing...which I'm not big on . Is that a Victorian mindset?

If someone resorts to that type of behaviour, it could be because theyre just not a nice person. It could be though they're working in an environment that is bringing pressure that's induced that behaviour. It could mean the person is in the wrong job. Works for someone who's creating an environment that could induce such behaviour. My view is things like this rarely happen in isolation and the company has just as much responsibility to look at their own part in it if it happens on company time and property. It doesn't mean the company is to blame, but you need to know if you've created an environment which induces poor discipline.

Kin do these, City. Early goal, Salah and van Dijk both sent off for violent behaviour after a teammate squabble, and a few late goals to rub it in.

I know the RS will win like, but I can dream that City won't bottle it like they did three times against them last season.

In all honesty I can see 2-1 to the Chite.

City have to score first otherwise they will get picked off on the counter. They have to show what they are made of tonight.

2-0 City, Aguero brace (mostly in hope rather than expectation).
