Wonder whether finishing 8th and having a strong end to the season, with a better points total than the 49 we got last year would be better than us finishing 7th and having those Europa League qualifiers potentially ruining our season. I would never usually say that about Europe but we can't afford to go backwards again.

Coming 8th is perfect, really need to mis out on the Europa, if we get in that you just know players who have contracts up in the summer will get extensions like Hibbert did.
Brands has a lot of work to do, being in the Europa will just get in the way of that.
