Fantastic result for you with a wonder strike from Townsend, top day for you . Less so for us mind .
I don't want those mutants to win the league any more than I want Br*ght*n to win anything.But it's 4 points and there's half a season to go. Admittedly they look better than usual but their luck won't hold. Ours never does, look at today. Mind you, ours is usually all bad.

Gomes was more or less a laughing stock at Barca.
I won't pretend to know enough about Barcelona to disagree

OK Ukraine mate, all the same to me as I am an olden and Ukraine and all the other new countries around that area was classed as Russia.

Yes Walcott was basically washed out and not top of his game so he was getting worse rather than better. Gomes meltdown was due to his confidence issues when he was scared to leave his house and hated life and that is not easy to recover from. You were right in saying they were quality but when we got them they were not current quality and that is why I rated them as risky. Bernard is 5ft nothing and never experienced the physicality that is the PL so he was a good risk but still a risk

Was not aware of gomes going through that to be honest.

So, in summary...

- Reds, as expected, see off Wolves away and record another clean sheet in the process. No injury concerns to any of their key players;
- City, previously unbeaten at home, lose to Palace who hadn't previously registered an away win so far this season. Now 4 points behind reds;
- Chelsea, previously unbeaten at home, lose to Leicester who leapfrog us in the table. Chelsea now 11(!) points behind the reds;
- Watford, away to West Ham, win to leapfrog us in the table;
- Bournemouth, at home to Brighton, win to also leapfrog us in the table.
- Everton have been a bit cack of late, not winning in the last 4.

That about sum it up? Love footy me.

Just amended that a bit mate.

Palace won at Fulham on the opening day. Just saying.Oh, and won at Huddersfield on September 15. That is all.

Grim reading tonight lol

Assed about RS results. If there is anything to make our season worse and more stressful it’s having to be wound up by more than just Everton’s result!

None have gone in our favour but we need to make our own results count. COYB.

Could be worst,we could have been 12th lol, [with a west ham/watford draw]-didnt expect city lost or defo chelsea lost,think it said last time city/chelsea lost home same day was 10 years ago earlier,sure i caught that on a stream-but there are some mad people,one that got the most in super 6 predicting a palace 3-2 win and a Leicester 1-0 win at chelsea
