The better team went through over two legs and that's how it should be. Just a shame it was them. For Messi and Suarez to go missing at Anfield was criminal. But worse was the entire team turning off for that corner and watching Origi, the man all of their fans hate, tap the ball in with 7 Barca players standing in a line on the edge of the area not even aware the corner had been taken. The managers failure to change tactics when they were being murdered down the left wing was utterly abysmal, too. I guess we should have seen what was coming when that useless get Dembele missed that simple chance in the first leg. Anyway, they've won it now. Let's just hope they don't do the double.

That manager is bound to be fired, one woukd think.

Imagine Barcelona came in for Klopp.

Last night would turn out to be the mother of all Pyrrhic victories lol

Why is everyone still discounting that Ajax are actually really good. They battered Real both matches and were superior to Juve. They're not fluking results. They've been the better team in all of them.

It's not about logic. The fact is they haven't got a chance.

The trophy is Liverpool's already and we all know it.

Rightly or wrongly the main reason, for me anyway, is the memory of how they froze in the EL Final two or three years ago.

And I think many of our friends on here feel the same way :(

Who bottled their way to the CL semi final after getting 1 point in the first three games. And also bottled their way into the top 4 for a 4th straight season having played every game away for 1.75 seasons. And not having bought any players in 2-3 windows and being having the second lowest net spend in the PL over the last four years.

If we are bottlers I'm not sure what that makes every other team outside of LFC, MCFC and CFC.
I appreciate that from your perspective, you have a team to be proud of, but to me, Tottenham are just a decent side on a cup run.

As far as bottling goes, it was pretty poor when they finished third in a two-horse race in 2016, and I never fancy them to win the games that matter. I wouldn't expect the final to be much of a contest if they get there.
