Haha. Each to their own!

Both of my brothers are reds, as is my best mate and then earlier this year my 5yo decided he was going to turn to the dark side as well. At that point in our season, and after 30-odd years of mainly misery, I found that I couldn’t really present a compelling case for our defence.

It might sting to see them win, and it’ll almost certainly be unbearable to listen to them for a few weeks after, but ultimately I’m just not that into the tribal side of football fandom.
urgh.

If we were going for the league and needed city to slip up against united, then they'd be wanting united to win too. They try and pat our heads with their patronising plucky little everton, and scouse unity rhetoric, but reality is that it would absolutely crush them if we ever became successful. Far more so than it will crush us if they win it. Just look at some of their reactions if we have the audacity to even get a point against them.

Most of my mates are reds. But I hate the thought of Liverpool winning it. Equally they'd hate us winning something even more though. I just can't for the life of me fathom how any blue could want them to win it. It seems mental to me.

No one wants them to win it because they are such a needy bunch who crave the attention and support of neutrals and act like they are everyone's second team.

God almighty, Jenas and Keown saying;
1. Salah dived
2. It's a penalty
What hope is there?
There needs to be an initiative to get refs to call fouls while people are on there feet. As much as I dislike Salah he was fouled there and he wouldn't have gotten the foul called without dropping. It's gross but until referees figure it out that's how the game will function.

That didn't warrant a penalty. Ashley Young on Calvert-Lewin was much more of a penalty. It is the consistency that is lacking.

The consistently certainly isn't there but one thing that is consistent is that you won't get something like that called if you stay on your feet and that means diving. It won't go away if referees call fouls when guys don't go down but it will slow down the diving I think.
