But it still has no baring on his skin tone.

The one thing he's done is mess up in the Championship. Onouha, Faurlin, Austin, Green, Fer etc... theyre quality championship players. They should be coasting the weakest Championship for years, yet alone standing 12th. The man may be a good coach, but he's a terrible manager. They've spend well over £10m in establishing a team, which is adapted to winning. Reality is, they aren't.... sound familiar? Terry Connor from Wolves?

It isn't a weak Championship this season - in it are clubs that are much better run than QPR are (Boro, Derby etc), who have better squads than QPR. There are also teams that have genuinely decent managers (Birmingham, Brighton) and the two clubs that came down with them (Hull, Burnley) are better run, have better squads and have better managers than QPR.

The best comparison you can make to them are two other clubs that spent loads on bobbins and have owners best described as eccentric - Fulham (one point ahead of them) and Cardiff (three points ahead), neither of which will probably go up this year.

Also please note I am not saying that Ramsey is a fantastic manager, just that sacking him in those circumstances will do nothing to fix what problems there are at that club; indeed they will probably make things worse because whoever they bring in will demand to do the same sort of things as what got them in the mess in the first place. Their original aim of consolidation was sensible; competing against clubs that are better run, have better managers and better squads is not.

edit: also please note that if the last few years has proved anything its not that Onouha, Faurlin, Green and Fer are quality championship players, its that they are championship quality players. They are where they belong. The only exception is Austin, who has been injured quite a bit this season.

There we go. My exact argument, summed up by the person who's arguing for against it. It's not that he's black. It's that he's not very good. So complaining about a "sad" day for football, because 2 black managers lost their job, is just pathetic, because end of the day, it's not about their skin colour, it's about their ability to do their job correctly.

15 games in and Brighton, under their black coach, certainly aren't complaining.
