look at the ref's view there though. he has 3/4 men blocking his view, the linesman has got to help him out there! it even looks like rojo gets the ball from his angle.

United's only bit of fortune here is that Silva isn't playing. He'd have cut 10 men to pieces.

i don't like city's squad. they have no like for like replacement for silva and they have no other wingers apart from navas (not going to count sinclair because when does he ever play?).

they've got so much money but their squad really isn't that great imo. if aguero get's injured they only have dzeko and jovetic who are both hit and miss. dzeko's great, but he does have a fair few of "those days".

No, you don't understand.

The ref is crap and bottled it cause he didn't give a penalty for a decision he wasn't sure of and probably couldn't see clearly.

Don't know why he didn't just watch numerous slow mo replays from differing angles like the armchair refs do and then give a decision rather than making one in a split second after the incident happened.

You'd have to say that the referee has been influenced by the crowd so far. Petrified of giving City players yellows for making worst challenges that United players have been given yellows for. (particularly in the instance of Blind's yellow when two minutes later two City players fell United players in quick succession)

this on toast, hes had a good game so far and bot thrown yellows all over the shop for fouls like you normally see in derbies. linesman had a much better view of it.

and advocates TV replays

Then what is the point of a linesman if he sees someone kick another player square up the jacksie when clear through on goal and does zip about it?

The whole ref team bottled it completely. I didn't need a replay, it was clear as day, and to suggest none of the three of them saw it is ludicrous.
