That's true. It still sends a shiver down my spine thinking what could have been, thinking what we would have had to endure...
No, we'd have beaten them in our form and their form.

They still have Brendan the no mark as manager, so I'm 100% confident that they won't even win this michael mouse cup.

not sure what i said that was wrong tbh. any kopite that doesn't see that most things they've won recently has always consisted of a dodgy penalty or red card/goals that didn't cross the line etc. is quite frankly braindead beyond belief
When was the last time they won a cup in actual playing time rather than on penalties? I can think of their cup final wins over B'ham, WHU, and AC Milan all won on penalties after extra time.

they won that arsenal game by scoring two in injury time or something. i've heard that they were totally battered in that one as well. beat cardiff on pens as well?

like i said, laughable if this person thinks my comments were wrong. probably grumbling away at home in their sad little life calling me bitter etc but i'm bit the one sad enough to sign up an account on a rival's forum and not bother posting ever.

two hand balls on the line in the arsenal final as well, got absolutely destroyed in that game the flukey weapons

Referee Mark Clattenburg has been dropped from Premier League duty this weekend after he broke protocol to attend an Ed Sheeran concert. (Daily Mail)

Wish we took the league cup more seriously, our best chance of a trophy with most clubs fielding weaker sides. You wouldn't think it's been near 20 years without a trophy the way we rotate

I guess it's all about prioritisation...we have the PL and the EL which indisputably take precedence
