He is delivering a title challenge and creating a credible rival for Celtic who have gone too long now without squabbling with a significant other.
The smart money says this is still Celtic’s title to lose. And it is. But at least this year they’ll be made to win it. Aberdeen’s renaissance under McInnes has made sure of it.
