I know what you mean but for me he's impeded him..if he doesn't have his arm there he probably catches it. But GK do have too much protection I think we'd be annoyed if that's given against us.

I mean after that, going into Burnley at home im nervous, and especially Palace away, Hopefully we beat Burnley then providing City have beaten palace mid-week, they have to win at Bournemouth, Draw or loss and we win the league.

If City somehow draw or lose to palace, win against Burnley will do it.

It's just not an incident where VAR should even consider getting involved

With all the blocking and grappling that goes on at Arsenal set plays, to then decide the referee made a clear and obvious error there is completely absurd. That decision could ultimately relegate a team as well. It's a complete and utter joke. Only a big team benefits from a decision like that.

Because if you make a mistake that costs a less fashionable team it’s quickly forgotten but if you make a mistake that costs one of the ‘international fan bases’ the internet blows up and your under a lamp for a number of weeks.

All for a bit of anti-VAR talk, some of the stuff we haven’t got in the last few weeks is a disgrace - but that really was just a straight forward foul(s) on the goalkeeper

Convinced some of you just closed your eyes when they were showing the replays

So does VAR just ignore the prior foul by Trossard on Pablo who challenges the keeper?

That's a fair point and poss unconscious bias...I don't buy the 'corrupt' referees thing

When you get a last minute corner you are surely telling everyone don't foul the keeper, I'd be livid with Pablo there but then again Raya probably clears it without the foul

What about Trossard foul on Pablo and Rice foul on the CH?
