Today’s Football 25/26 Season

Absolutely. Thinking back now I'm embarrassed to admit I thought VAR would level the playing field and stop cheats.
Turns out its done the complete opposite and the cheats are now running it.
'Who watches the watchmen ?'
I couldn't wait for VAR back then too. I didnt think it possible for them to do what they are doing. Every week football wrecks my head at so e point and its mostly VAR related

It's nuts isn't it. Despite the multiple billions and billions of ÂŁs involved in the game of football, the long traditions and history, cutting-edge sports science experts, statistical analysis, highly-skilled athletes, 24 hour bullshitting TV pundits, state of the art stadia and training facilities, the most important decisions are made by some guy in a caravan.

So the premier League wants arsenal to win the premier League?

And why don't they want spurs to go down? Surely that would create more drama?

Also wouldn't the premier league want the title and relegation battle to go to last day? Then surely a draw would be the best result

I mean after that, going into Burnley at home im nervous, and especially Palace away, Hopefully we beat Burnley then providing City have beaten palace mid-week, they have to win at Bournemouth, Draw or loss and we win the league.

If City somehow draw or lose to palace, win against Burnley will do it.

Still all to play for

They don't want Arsenal to win the league. There is just an intrinsic bias towards Arsenal, Man City, Man Utd, the rs and Chelsea.

This season somehow has outdone the last few for refs. Really highlighted the corruption on show to a point I didn’t think it would get to.

I really want to give up football. It just annoys me too much. Next year I’m going to give it my best to try and stop watching and engaging (feel free to vault me when I don’t stick to it… it’s hard when it’s ingrained so deeply into your life. And it’s why it’s so sad when it just always leaves you with a sour taste in your mouth because of the establishment)

All for a bit of anti-VAR talk, some of the stuff we haven’t got in the last few weeks is a disgrace - but that really was just a straight forward foul(s) on the goalkeeper

Convinced some of you just closed your eyes when they were showing the replays

I'm not convinced. That stuff happens all the time and it's play on. VAR was not brought in for that. Was no way a clear and obvious mistake.
I know what you mean but for me he's impeded him..if he doesn't have his arm there he probably catches it. But GK do have too much protection I think we'd be annoyed if that's given against us.
