If they were to play in my garden I'd leave the dog poo uncollected for at least 2 weeks. If these two cheat clubs played the FA cup final in our garden I would close the curtains.

Can see problems with the minute or two minute penalty. A player has to be signalled to come back on to the active field of play. There are instances where this could be held up, like for the taking of a corner perhaps.Apparently there are various solutions being proposed (only as trials atm) for when a keeper goes down injured (or 'injured').

Tactical time-outs: How could football's goalkeeper problem be fixed?
Next season, leagues will be allowed to select from a series of trials to try to stop the goalkeeper tactical time-out. BBC Sport looks at the proposals.www.bbc.com
I quite like the combined concept: no player may approach the technical area (possibly they have to gather in the centre circle in their half of the field) and the team captain has to go off for one or two minutes. (This doesn't apply if the keeper has to be substituted.)
Would love to see a referee get clocked like thisClocked him twice, fair play.
Sometimes in life people need a decking.
Maybe if a ref or VAR gets a big decision wrong (such as the non-pen handball on Saturday) they should march them out at half time for that team's next home match and invite a lucky raffle winner to clock them. It'd be more entertaining than what we get now, bin "HIT THE BAR" and go with "HIT THE VAR".Would love to see a referee get clocked like this
