Before I retired from corporate life I often received requests from MPs(nearly always Tories) to visit the offices/factories that I was responsible for in the run-up to elections.

My response was always the same that they could visit on the condition that all of their opponents in the constituency election attended along with them on the same day.

One cheeky sod(the sitting MP) wrote back to me criticising my decision and basically doing the “do you know who I am” spiel.
I pointed out to him in my reply that had he considered that he might not be the local MP following the election and I was being scrupulously fair to all candidates who might represent the constituency.

He never wrote back again…funny that.

Lookman started and scored in the Madrid derby today. Still just boggles my mind that people try to earnestly argue he’s not a high class footballer.

Starting and scoring in one game does not make you a high class footballer. He has had 11 seasons as a pro and only 3 are of any worthy discussion. Good player but not high class imo. It's just opinions at the end of the day, we all have them.
