To be fair him being there makes the defender check his run. I’m not saying I agree with the decision but he does “interfere with play”. He touches the defender and makes him spin the other way which does slow his reaction down

How is that an 'impediment' though? If anything, it's very clever set piece play..

This is where this league really needs to start giving the benefit of the doubt to the attacking team. What a totally lame reason to chalk a goal off that is. Just terrible..
