It's what irks me so much that just like that a club can be up the league if you have the right people. You don't need 5 or 10 years of building.

This can happen to Everton with the right people at the club. We've had years of expectations being lowered and being dumbed down. So much so that we have everyone telling us all that matters is staying in the division! FFS.
