The big issue with Eastern European countries is that they are patriarchal and women aren't really expected to become football players or have high end careers, and a lot of them are expected to have children and marry by 21. It's kinda revealing with the huge disparity between East and West when it comes to this. Even Republic of Ireland beat Georgia like 8-0.

UEFA really need to sort this out in women's football.

I personally taught the Czech Republic women's goalkeeper until she was 19 and moved to Prague. 25 now, still hasn't got married or had kids.
