Anyways back to your point, I think that was the initial point. You may of taught the Czech goalkeeper from a young age but that doesn't change the culture of a lot of Eastern Europe. In England, France or Germany, the culture is a lot more geared towards having a career and being independent, which allows for women to strive to work hard for themselves so you are much more likely to get high number of females being enrolled in football academies at a young age. We already know that professional football means motherhood comes much later in life for these players, that's not possible with a lot of cultures because they value kids more than anything.
Why don't you compare the ratio of male/female professional footballers in the Western countries with your Eastern European countries for starters? That's a better measurement imo.
